All of the services provided by Made With Love Inc. are subject to the following terms and conditions. By purchasing any of our products and services, you agree to the terms and conditions stated below.

1. Authorization
   The client is engaging Made With Love Inc., as an independent contractor for the specific web design project. The client hereby authorizes Made With Love Inc. to access client’s hosting and or domain account and or any other programs needed for this web design project as deemed necessary by both parties’ agreement, for the sole purpose of installing and updating the web product.
2. Development
   The web design project will be developed using various commercial and or non-commercial software products. Made With Love Inc. will guarantee that the website we design for you will work in the latest browser versions including Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla FireFox, Opera, and Safari. While Made With Love Inc. makes every effort to design a fully functional website, however the guarantee does not cover AOL, text-based browsers or any other special effects that Made With Love Inc. may have advised you against.
3. Revisions
   The client is allowed for two (2) rounds of major revisions for the “designing phase” in their web design project. In each round, the client may include as many points as they need be. If the client should go over the mentioned amount of revisions, an hourly rate fee will be required. Any revisions that include a completely new layout will be subject to a new quote.
4. Copyright
   Any text, images and products provided by the client (if any) for the web design project must be owned by the client and must have expressed written permission to use. Under no circumstances will Made With Love Inc. be held liable for the content provided by a client on a client’s website.
5. Completion
   Estimated time frame of delivery is given before the project is started and we will do the best to complete the project in a timely manner. Additional revisions will require additional length of time frame.
6. After Sales Support
   After sales technical support is included in any of products or services you purchase from Made With Love Inc. Inquiry for support can be made via email at anytime.
7. Credit
   Made With Love, Inc.’s copyright and credit information must remain on all of our products via graphics or text-link to http://madewithloveinc.com. The client unconditionally guarantees that the link back to Made With Love, Inc.’s website will remain in place and in working order, until such a time that the design is no longer active on the internet.
8. Payment of Fees
   An advance down payment of 50% of the remaining balance is required before the web design project begins. The client understands that the remaining 50% will be due once the project is completed and launched.
9. Refunds
   Due to the nature of this business, Made With Love Inc. does not provide refunds for any of our web or graphic design services.
